Welcome to the website of Valeo Rough Collies

We are a small kennel in Co Wicklow, Ireland where our Rough Collies, our Shih Tzu and our two cats are treasured pets, living  as part of the family. 

I enjoy showing my Rough Collies;  Valeo Bronte Belle was

All Ireland Collie and Sheepdog Society Green Star Bitch of the year 2008, which made me so proud.  

Occasionally I breed a litter of Rough Collie puppies

when I want a puppy myself, so there are sometimes puppies available to only the very best, most suitable homes, where puppies will be part of the family.

Puppies have arrived March 18th 2009

Bronte is being a fabulous Mother to her babies.  Male Sable and white and Tri Colour puppies available to loving show or pet homes.  Most puppies are booked so if you are interested please contact me soon.

Feb 2009 update

A scan today let us see that beautiful Bronte is indeed pregnant. 

The father is the stunning English Champion Lynmead Love of my Life.  Bronte is due mid March so watch this space......

Bitch of the Year 2008, Valeo Bronte Belle may soon be mother of the year........

Bronte and I took a trip to the UK to find her a boyfriend, she was mated to a fabulous English Champion whom I have long admired.  Just have to wait now for a few weeks before we know whether we will soon have to turn the living room into a maternity ward ....fingers crossed.
